At Talley & Twine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact, and include the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
